Open to all Allied Health Professionals and Wellbeing Practitioners. The principles of fatigue management can be utilised in any health care setting. An opportunity to refresh your skills or learn new techniques.
Course Aims:
To explore what unconscious bias is and how it can affect our behaviour.
Objectives:
- To explore the concept of individual and institutional unconscious bias
- To identify techniques for reducing the impact of unconscious bias at work
- To identify ways to mitigate the impact of unconscious bias within the workplace

Manisha completed her Level 4 Certificate in Teaching and Education in 2021 and currently practises as a Lecturer Practitioner at The Hospice of St Francis and within Universities.
Manisha is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care with a special interest in long term conditions and Pulmonary Fibrosis. She is equally committed to education and professional development, sharing her clinical expertise to support and inspire multidisciplinary teams, students, and colleagues working within palliative and end-of-life care.
