Reflexology

Come along to this informal yet informative session where you will develop a deeper understanding of the benefits of reflexology

Who should attend:

Anyone with an interest in optimising their health and wellbeing and learning about the benefits of reflexology

 

Course Aims:

This short Lunchtime Wellbeing session is designed to explore the benefits of reflexology.
We will cover some of the basic principles of reflexology and how it can support with reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation, along with some practical techniques to demonstrate key relaxation points.

Objectives:

  • To develop an understanding of the basic principles of Reflexology

  • To recognise the benefits of Reflexology for self care

  •  Identify key relaxation points on the hands and feet

  •  Demonstrate simple, gentle Reflexology hand techniques

Offered on a donation basis

All donations gratefully received towards the running of the Hospice
