Come along to this informal yet informative session where you will develop a deeper understanding of the powerful benefits of Tai Chi and experience it first-hand
Who should attend:
Anyone with an interest in optimising their health and wellbeing through the power of Tai Chi. The session will be accessible to a range of abilities
Course Aims:
This short Lunchtime Wellbeing session is designed to explore the benefits of Tai Chi. You will be introduced to the foundations of Tai Chi through an experiential session, learning the benefits of this ancient practice on health, wellbeing and vitality. We hope you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and energised
Objectives:

Michael teaches Tai Chi locally, supporting people of all ages to maintain, as well as increase, their health, well being and vitality.
Michael is dedicated to helping employees to think differently and change their preconceptions. He helps participants on his courses to let go of tension and a busy mind and to learn techniques to reduce stress and increase productivity both at work and beyond.
