Do you get out of bed feeling mentally alert and physically refreshed? If the answer is yes, this session will help you understand why; and if the answer is no, this session will help you get to grips with what you might be able to do to turn 'rest' into 'restoration'
Who should attend:
Everyone welcome whether staff member, volunteer, friend, colleague or member of the public who can join us in-person and wants to learn about the art and science of sleep.
Course Aims:
- What is good sleep?
- The physiology of rest and restoration
- To encourage participants to take control of one of their most deliberate coping strategies
Objectives:
- To promote self reflection
- To increase knowledge
- To promote energy
