I recently led a presentation session for Mental Health Awareness Day for my team. There is no way I would have felt comfortable doing this without the advice I secured from attending the Hospice’s recent Presentation Skills course. Thank you all so much!!

Please see below an overview of the available programmes:

We are proud to offer the accredited European Certificate in Essential Palliative Care and the award-winning ABC End of Life Education Programme for care home staff.

We have formal education programmes based at The Hospice of St Francis, most of which we offer free of charge. We also offer education and mentorship in local settings throughout our catchment area and can customise programmes to suit the needs of different professionals.

Throughout everything, our ethos has always been to provide exceptional care - an ambition recognised by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England, who awarded The Hospice of St Francis an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016.
