Who should attend:
Open to all AHP and Wellbeing Practitioners interested in learning strategies to support people experiencing anxiety.
This session will focus on the causes and impact of anxiety on an individuals wellbeing and day to day functioning. It will then explore a range of practical tools that can be taught to patients to give them better sense of control over their mood and emotional wellbeing.
Course Aims:
By the end of the session, you will be equipped with a “toolkit” of practical techniques and approaches for supporting people experiencing anxiety

To leave with 3 – 4 simple techniques for supporting anxiety management

Manisha completed her Level 4 Certificate in Teaching and Education in 2021 and currently practises as a Lecturer Practitioner at The Hospice of St Francis and within Universities.
Manisha is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care with a special interest in long term conditions and Pulmonary Fibrosis. She is equally committed to education and professional development, sharing her clinical expertise to support and inspire multidisciplinary teams, students, and colleagues working within palliative and end-of-life care.
