Throughout my life, whether walking through woodland or gazing over a field of ripening rice stalks, I have used nature for my own wellbeing. It has felt natural, therefore, to bring this into my current role at work, setting up projects that encourage patients to interact with the green spaces on their doorstep. I look forward to sharing some of our learning with you.
