Come along to this informal yet informative session where you will develop a deeper understanding of the powerful benefits of mindfulness and experience it first-hand.
Who should attend:
Everyone welcome whether staff member, volunteer, friend, colleague or member of the public who can join us in-person.
Course Aims:

To explore the benefits of simple mindfulness techniques

To cover some of the theory for this approach to wellbeing

To experience the benefits first-hand through participation in a guided meditation session

To have an awareness of available resources to help inspire future participation in mindfulness

Amber Cave
Patient Psychological Support Lead
Amber is our Creative Therapies Lead, joining the Hospice in 2022, her previous experience includes supporting people with Drug and Alcohol Addiction and Children & Young People with Additional Needs.
Amber is a qualified dance and movement psychotherapist and works closely with people to manage their intimacy challenges
