This engaging Lunchtime Wellbeing workshop explores the surprising ways in which your gut connects to the wider health of your body, influencing everything from energy levels and brain function to immune health and emotional wellbeing
Who should attend:
Everyone welcome whether staff member, volunteer, friend, colleague or member of the public who can join us in-person.
Course Aims:
To explore the important role that gut health plays in overall wellbeing. Attendees will learn how the gut can influence everything from energy and mood to immunity and joint pain, and why symptoms don't always show up where the problem starts.
The workshop will introduce a whole-body approach to health and provide practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support healthy gut function.
