It was an absolutely incredible event for the whole family to enjoy and we are thrilled to say that we raised OVER £10K at this event!
Lucy from our Community & Events Fundraising Team shares, “What an absolute privilege it has been to be put this FIRST ever Hospice music festival together. It was everything I hoped for and more. Seeing everyone come together as a community was a truly special moment. Festival fun in the sun was the order of the day! The sun shone all day, children played in a safe environment whilst the grown-ups enjoyed all that was on offer.
From food and drink, a variety of local stall holders and of course our amazing local bands.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who was involved in making this event come together. In particular our event sponsors Safran, the incredible Tring Brewery, our Hospice Craft Group who made the most beautiful ‘Took Stage’ banner, our ever supportive Food & Drink Vendors and Stall Holders, Tiny Acorns Ltd, Peter Templeman with his wooden toys, Hemel Fire Station, The Hospice Lottery, Roger at Ashridge Media Photography, the best music from local bands Monday Mojos, Minnie Birch, Secondary Modern Jazz, T Bone Afrika All Stars, sweetcornbread, Lex11 and of course our wonderful team of Hospice Volunteers and Event Staff.
All of you have been incredible and without you all, these events just would not be possible. Your continued support is testament to the amazing work that goes on here at The Hospice of St Francis.
