Claire and Lucy in our Family Support Team will be running their informative course, Care Towards the End of Life, again from the 15th September.
The six-week course is free of charge and helps prepare those with all the necessary information and support that might be needed. Each week features a different specialist including nursing, legal matters and funeral planning.
Carers wellbeing is also focused on throughout. The course is deliberately kept small to encourage peer support and connecting with others in a similar situation, so please do call in to secure your place as soon as possible on 01442 869550 or email hospiceofstfrancis.berkhamsted@nhs.net
