We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team and help create a fantastic experience for our customers, donors and supporters.

About Returned to Glory

Our Returned to Glory showroom is a much-loved local destination, known for fantastic donations, outstanding standards and a warm welcome.

Every day brings something new through our doors — from beautiful furniture and unique finds to those unexpected treasures that customers just have to take home! Behind it all is a creative, hardworking team and a wonderful group of loyal volunteers who make the showroom what it is.

Now, we’re looking for a Deputy Shop Manager to join our management team and help us take our busy furniture showroom to the next level.

What you’ll be doing

Working alongside the Shop Manager, you’ll help lead and inspire our team of staff and volunteers, maximise sales, maintain our high standards and create a fantastic experience for every customer.

You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm and commercial flair to the role — spotting opportunities, getting the best from donations and making sure the showroom is looking its absolute best.

Most importantly, you’ll know that every sale has a purpose. The profits from our shops go directly towards supporting the vital work of the Hospice in our local community.

What’s in it for you?

This is more than a retail management role. It’s an opportunity to:

  • Make a genuine difference to local people and their families
  • Work in a unique and exciting furniture showroom where no two days are the same
  • Use your retail and commercial skills to drive sales and success
  • Join an organisation where people really are at the heart of everything we do
  • Develop your skills and career with our full support

We’ll be right here to support you, encourage your development and help you make your mark.

Interested? We’d love to hear from you.
