Who should attend:
Everyone and anyone (whether staff member, volunteer, friend or colleague) who can join us in person and wishes to explore the conversations and paperwork that might be useful to help plan for the future (for those who may become less well).
Course Aims:
To explore what legal matters might be useful to consider when considering end of life.
Objectives:
- To state the legal and practical benefits of setting up powers of attorneys
- To highlight the importance of having a will
- To explore inheritance tax
- A chance to ask questions
This workshop is part of a dying matters series exploring different aspects of care towards the end of life.

Manisha completed her Level 4 Certificate in Teaching and Education in 2021 and currently practises as a Lecturer Practitioner at The Hospice of St Francis and within Universities.
Manisha is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care with a special interest in long term conditions and Pulmonary Fibrosis. She is equally committed to education and professional development, sharing her clinical expertise to support and inspire multidisciplinary teams, students, and colleagues working within palliative and end-of-life care.
