Who should attend:

Those supporting individuals living with long-term conditions or life-limiting illnesses and staff who support carers.  This includes all staff, colleagues and volunteers.

 

Course Aims:

To consider the impact of being a carer and what can help.

Objectives:

  • To identify the joys and challenges of supporting individuals with life-long conditions or life-limiting conditions
  • To identify what it means to be a carer
  • To highlight ways of taking care of self
  • To share insights together in a safe environment
    To identify resources available
