Corporate partnerships admin volunteer

Hours: Flexible to suit you- ideally around half a day each week
We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to provide weekly administration and event organising support to the Corporate Partnerships Team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our regular corporate networking events with event admin such as collating attendee lists, badges and event logistics
- Admin support for our 3 golf days including player registrations, correspondence with golfers, maintaining spreadsheets, helping to secure prizes for auctions and raffle.
- Helping with the organisation of a bi-annual ball and any other ad-hoc events.
- Day to day administration of our Corporate Partner Network including thanking on anniversaries, certificates for new members, updating spreadsheets etc.
Volunteers will ideally have all round administration skills, good knowledge of IT packages including Excel, as well as event organising skills and design skills using Canva.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided by the Corporate Partnerships team.
