Reports to: Shops Operations Manager
Location: Chesham
Do you love books, people and the buzz of a successful shop? Are you commercially minded, community-focused and passionate about sustainability?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Bookshop Manager to lead our bookshop team and volunteers, drive sales and create an exceptional experience for every customer and donor.
This is a unique opportunity to combine retail leadership with a purpose – because every book sold and every donation received helps raise vital funds for the Hospice.
