£18,432 p.a. (FTE: £28,800)

Reports to: CEO

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to the CEO & Board Chairs to provide trusted, high-quality support across the Office of the CEO, Executive Team and Trustee governance arrangements. Working primarily with the CEO, you will play a central role in coordinating priorities, meetings, communications and governance, while building strong relationships with Trustees, colleagues and external stakeholders.

About you
You will bring proven experience providing senior-level administrative or executive support, excellent organisational and communication skills and a high level of discretion. Calm under pressure and comfortable managing competing priorities, you will be proactive, solutions-focused and confident working autonomously.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail, proofreading skills and strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint capability, with the confidence to use technology to improve administrative processes. You will understand the importance of good governance, confidentiality, equality, safeguarding and data protection, and be committed to the vision and values of The Hospice of St Francis. Experience within a charity or working with volunteers would be an advantage.
