Posted Tuesday 29th September 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £45,000
We’re looking for an experienced Data & Insights Analyst to help us turn data into meaningful insight and better decision-making across the Hospice.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you’ll lead the management and development of our fundraising CRM, ensuring our data is accurate, secure and used effectively. You’ll analyse complex information, produce clear reports and dashboards, and help teams understand performance, opportunities and risks.
You’ll also oversee fundraising income processing, support campaign and supporter data selections, improve data processes and line manage our Data Support Officer.
About you
You’ll have significant experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role, with strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge. You’ll be confident working with complex datasets and communicating insight clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You’ll bring a good understanding of data quality, UK GDPR and performance measurement, alongside strong organisational and relationship-building skills. Experience with Donorfy, another CRM, or data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
Experience in a hospice, charity, healthcare or fundraising environment is welcome, but not essential.
Above all, you’ll share our commitment to the Hospice and understand the importance of using data thoughtfully, sensitively and responsibly.
Make your data skills count
This is an opportunity to use your expertise for a meaningful purpose — helping the Hospice make informed decisions, maximise fundraising opportunities and ultimately support local people and their families.
