Our specialist physiotherapists help people by recommending treatment to help improve your strength and fitness which can help with improving energy levels, maintaining independence, helping with flexibility, coordination and balance and reducing pain.
We offer both 1:1 sessions in our fully equipped gym or out in our beautiful grounds overlooking the Chiltern Hills, and also group exercise classes such as Balance and Strength, Adapted Tai Chi (which uses small gentle movements to promote health, wellbeing, breathing and balance) and Wellbeing Group which includes fun exercises mixed with the chance to socialise with other people.
Our physio team also offers Acupuncture as it is renowned to help with the side effects of many cancer treatments and helps with pain relief.
