How can we help you?

We're here to help in whatever way we can. All our care is provided Free.

We welcome self-referral enquiries from people of all backgrounds, cultures and faiths. You can self-refer for help if you are over 18 and living with cancer or a life-limiting illness such as a heart, lung, kidney or neurological condition.

We support from early diagnosis and through treatment and remission. We also support significant people in a person’s life (partners/children) affected by serious illness in the family.

If you would like to access our care for yourself, relative or partner, please do fill in our short referral form below. A member of our administration team will acknowledge your enquiry within one working day. If you would like to discuss a potential referral with a nurse, please contact us on 01442 869550.
