Our Information Evening is the perfect opportunity to get all your questions answered. We'll be trekking for 4 days from Tuesday 10th November 2026 to Sunday 15th November 2026.

  • Costs & Fundraising: Receive a full explanation of the trip options, including the Early Bird registration fee of £300, and the two payment methods: Sponsorship (£1,900) or Flexi (£1,085 trip costs* + £950 sponsorship).

  • Fitness & Training: Learn about the moderately challenging nature of the trip, the terrain, and the specific challenge posed by temperatures historically reaching 40°C. We will advise you on the necessary fitness level to ensure you are fully prepared.
