Coffee for Care

Hosting your event is easy. Simply register using the ‘sign up’ link on this page and decide when and where you want to host your event.  We will send you a downloadable pack in February full of helpful tips, tricks and resources to make your coffee morning a success.  

The format of your coffee morning is completely flexible.  You can keep it simple and provide drinks / cakes and invite a few people along or you could consider hosting a themed event such as a vintage tea party.  

Some of you may want to include some fun games such as ‘Guess the Beans’ by filling a jar with coffee beans and have your guests guessing the number of beans.  You could also run a raffle to help raise funds.  

Whatever you decide to do, please do take some photos and send them to us as fundraising@stfrancis.org.uk as we would love to see them.  

There are three ways to donate: 

1. Cash via a collection box (provided in your pack)  
2. Cash via an envelope (filling in a simple form on the rear allows us to claim Gift Aid)
3. Online via a QR code (provided in your host pack)   

Cash donations can be returned to us either via one of our shops or by dropping them off at the Hospice.   

You can choose to host for your event on Tuesday 21st April 2026 (to coincide with National Tea Day) or any date in April that works for you.
