New for 2024! We are combining the best of two of our Hospice events into one unique and exciting event; ‘Summer Sounds & Classic Cars’.

Taking place at our exclusive event field in Dudswell, near Berkhamsted, we're bringing you a fun and relaxed day out for the whole family!

The James Trio

Acoustic three piece band covering some of the most beloved songs from the last six decades by artists including Aretha Franklin, Dusty Springfield, Fleetwood Mac, Alison Moyet, The Beatles, The Beach Boys and many more.

The Monday Mojos

The Monday Mojos play rock n' roll, country & blues standards at charity, good cause & other events. These include classic high energy songs by Elvis, Little Richard, Johnny Cash, Chuck Berry, Muddy Waters. The set will get you up and rocking!

Cherry

Let us introduce Cherry. Fronted by superb singer, Anna, Cherry are a 4-piece covers band whose varied background and influences merge to compile an eclectic set of popular rock, pop, soul and funk covers with lots in between.


Although they only got together in 2021, Cherry’s members have entertained across the Hertfordshire music scene in various bands between them over the years, and they have an impressively tight and effective way of getting you dancing, rocking and feeling all the feels!

Missing The Ferry

Five second-generation Irish lads, three brothers and their best friends write original songs about identity and belonging. To get the party going, they also play a variety of Irish and Irish-influenced covers.

With influences as diverse as Brendan Shine, The Pogues and The Stone Roses their mission is to get people dancing, thinking and drinking.

Anyone who has ever missed, or nearly missed, the Dublin-bound ferry from Holyhead will get the name.

Choir On The Green

Choir On The Green are fun friendly local community choirs in Bucks & Herts. Founded in 2015 by local musician Paul Bullen, they’ve grown into several groups and a wonderful community, whose events support many local and national charities. All ages and abilities are welcome. The main goal is a good time, but alongside that they also perform at lots of great events and have a lovely social community too. Music Director Paul has performed with winners of the X-Factor and The Voice, Spice Girl Melanie C and Grammy Winner Jason Mraz, but his focus now is on bringing as much great music to the local area as possible.

Lickin Stick

Playing the funky music of James Brown, Maceo, Fred Wesley and other legends of Soul and Funk and Motown. Brimming with soulful energy, Lickin Stick give their own take on the Godfather of Funk with some sweet jams. Expect anything from 'I Feel Good' to 'Soul Man’.

Pat & The Butchers

A true fun time Covers Band made up of incredible musicians and a not-so-secret ingredient = Pat!

Based in and around St Albans, Pat & The Butchers play the best in upbeat party music from all decades and genres chosen to please all - but especially those who want to dance!

Their anything-but-shy, full-on front-woman 'Pat' is guaranteed to get any crowd engaged and up and moving and the musicianship is top notch. There really is something for everyone at one of their gigs!

Tickets Prices

Advance online ticket booking has now closed, but they can be purchased on the day at the entrance gate.

  • Adults (18+): £15.00
  • Children: £8.00
  • Under 3's/carers: FREE

While we know you’ll be having a blast, all proceeds from the day will go to The Hospice of St Francis.

We recommend car sharing or using public transport where possible. Nearest train stations are Berkhamsted and Tring, with bus routes 501, 502 and X5 stopping on Tring Road.

Looking to exhibit your car or motorcycle?

Pre-registration for cars and motorcycles is now closed!

On the day registration is Cars: £12.00, Motorcycles: £8.00

Classic vehicle entries up to 1990, with special interest vehicles on request.

Set up is between 10.30 - 11.30 am, with general public entry from 12.00 - 8.00 pm. Classic Car tickets include driver plus one passenger – any additional passengers would need to purchase a ticket. Please see our Terms & Conditions (Exhibitors) for further information.
