Recycle your Christmas Tree for the Hospice
The Hospice of St Francis is delighted to be launching our first Christmas Tree Collection service in Harpenden and St Albans.
Teams of volunteers will be out in vans on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th January to collect your
trees which will be taken away and recycled. The Hospice is hoping to raise over
£4,500 which will go towards caring for patients in our beds - many of whom come
from the Harpenden and St Albans area.
We would welcome a donation for collecting your tree.
- £10 could fund appropriate toys and books for a child dealing with the loss of a parent
- £15 could fund a weeks worth of delicious and nutritious smoothies which can encourage a patient with a poor appetite to enjoy eating again
- £20 could fund one of our Hospice beds for an hour
By supporting our first Christmas Tree Collection you are ensuring The Hospice of St Francis is always able to provide care and support when it matters most. Thank you.
We are collecting from postcodes Harpenden (AL5) and St Albans (AL1, AL2 and AL4)
Collection dates Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th January 2018
