Maternity Leave Cover – approx. 9 months

Salary Band 6 + Benefits: Circa £26,400 - £31,000 pro rata

£16,913 - £19,932 for 24 hours/week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary team at The Hospice of St Francis, Berkhamsted to contribute to our rehabilitation and wellbeing services for both patients and carers in the West Herts area. This post is to cover maternity leave and will be for approximately 9 months.

The successful candidate will be part of the multi-disciplinary team at the Hospice and will also work closely with local care services. The Hospice of St Francis provides opportunities for professional development and clinical supervision. Additionally education grants and support are provided by Macmillan Cancer Support.

Candidates should appreciate the importance of promoting a rehabilitation model which develops/supports self-management to optimise quality of life and function after diagnosis of a potentially life limiting illness.

You should be a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and have current registration with HCPC.
