Fundraising Administrator – Donor Care

Full Time

Salary £16,524, Band 3B

 We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Donor Care Assistant, to support the administration of donations made to the Hospice, as part of our high-achieving fundraising team. You will deliver an exceptional experience to our supporters who donate or raise funds for the Hospice; ultimately helping to raise the £5m we need to fund our services each year.

You will have a good level of IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases, with accurate data entry.  Experience of dealing with donors on the phone will also be a big advantage.

You will be confident talking to people at all levels, resilient during busy periods and have a passion for helping people; building awareness and strong relationships with colleagues, volunteers and third parties to maximise interactions with supporters who are raising funds for the Hospice. 

You will have excellent organisational skills and be able work independently and as part of a team, managing your own time and several tasks simultaneously.
