ASSISTANT MANAGER – PART TIME
3 days/24.75 hours per week
Band 3B Salary £11,400 (FTE £19,000) +benefits
We are looking for a part- time Assistant Manager to complete our new shop team. We need someone with the ability and experience to work in our busy, high donating charity shop. In this role you will be part of a dynamic team driving sales, processing donations, maximising Gift Aid and supporting volunteers.
Retail management experience with the ability to work under pressure, excellent customer service, and strong organisational skills are all essential requirements.

The role requires the lifting and handling of heavy items & flexibility to work alternate weekends & bank holidays as required on a seven day variable rota
