From weddings and civil partnerships to anniversaries, landmark birthdays or retirement collections, your celebration can be made even more special by asking family and friends for donations to The Hospice of St Francis in lieu of gifts.

An easy way to let everyone know that you are requesting donations to the Hospice in lieu of gifts is to set up an In Celebration fundraising page. It’s quick and easy to set up your own personalised page, just follow the instructions here.

Fundraise on Facebook

If you use Facebook, why not fundraise through your profile? You can set up a dedicated page to share your story and tell others about the Hospice. Rally round your friends and family to help you achieve your fundraising goal! To get started, log in to your profile and select 'Fundraisers'.

 If you have a birthday coming up, Facebook will automatically ask you whether you would like to set up a birthday fundraiser. It's a fun and easy way to fundraise for a cause dear to you.

From coffee mornings to skydives, discos to duathlons, there are literally thousands of ways you can raise money to help support our care for people living with life-limiting illnesses in West Herts and South Bucks.

If you would like to include the Hospice in your special day or celebration, please contact our Community Fundraising team on 

01442 869 555 or fundraising@stfrancis.org.uk.  We’d love to hear about your plans and can provide gift envelopes, collection buckets or boxes, and balloons to decorate your venue.

We also have pin badges and 'Forget-Me-Not' Seed Packets available as gifts or wedding favours. Each with a suggested donation of £1.50.
