This special hour-long programme will include well-known choral works by Sir Hubert Parry in his centenary year.  There are opportunities for audience participation and the choir will sing other great British anthems by Byrd, Tallis, John Ireland and Stanford.

Tickets cost £13 with light tea afterwards (cakes etc.)

Profits from the concert will be donated to the Hospice.

About the choir...

St Albans Choral Society is one of the leading large amateur choirs in Hertfordshire, singing to a high standard in beautiful concert venues. They perform at least four concerts a year, including one in St Albans Abbey, with superb professional soloists and orchestras.  They enjoy the strong leadership of Music Director George Vass and accompanist Richard Harvey.
