The Hospice of St Francis Gardens
Sunday 22nd September
2pm - 5pm
The Hospice is holding a special open afternoon on Sunday 22nd September as part of our 40th birthday celebrations.
The open afternoon will give visitors the opportunity to explore the stunning seven-acre gardens including the silver-gilt-winning Myeloma UK Garden - which was relocated from last year's Chelsea Flower Show - plus the woodland area and The Spring Centre, our health and wellbeing service for adults and children.
All are welcome to attend and there are activities planned throughout the afternoon;
- Garden tours
- Live Music
- Childrens’ woodland treasure hunt
- Story time with a local author
- Model railway
- Art exhibition - details to follow soon!
- Tea and cake
- Face painting
- Fun children’s activities
- Spring Centre taster sessions
Suggested donations of £3 on the gate at arrival. Children go free. Blue parking is available at the Hospice and a free shuttle service is running visitors from nearby Egerton Rothesay School.
This is not a ticketed event and all are welcome!
