WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The masterclasses will appeal to all healthcare professionals, AHP's and carers working with people towards the end of their lives.

COURSE CONTENT

  • An opportunity to explore the ethical theory behind act and omission and the relevance in palliative care regarding withdrawing or withholding treatment such as antibiotics or chemotherapy
  • Update on the Supreme Court Judgement regarding Clinically assisted nutrition and hydration
