Take to the skies!
Rupert ‘Yogi’ Powell and his daughters Sophie, 24, and Holly, 25, are taking part in the Hospice skydive on Sunday 20th March at Hinton Airfield Centre. They will jump from 13,000ft as Team Maggie to thank The Hospice of St Francis, where Yogi’s wife and the girls’ mum Maggie spent her last month in August 2014.
“I honestly can’t praise the Hospice enough,” explained 48-year-old Yogi, from Hemel Hempstead. “They were just amazing. I lived there for a month at Maggie’s side and there’s not a single thing you could improve. The Hospice has many excellent facilities including Jacuzzi baths, complementary therapies and beautiful grounds. All the staff were so very kind to us as a family.”
