On Saturday 19th March 2016 Denise Street held a Zumbathon at the Memorial Hall in Ashley Green, with over 40 people attending to jump, dance and sweat for the Hospice!
Denise explains: “I love fitness and Zumba, having been in the industry for over 20-years, and having hosted a vibrant Zumba class in Ashley Green for more than five years.
“My father spent the last week his life in a Hospice in Salisbury 12 years ago, which I know was of enormous comfort to him at the end of his life. Since then two good friends of mine have both been care for by The Hospice of St Francis, and I feel it is hugely important to keep this wonderful place going for everyone else who needs it.
“I loved seeing so many people taking part and enjoying themselves and It was great to raise over £720 for the Hospice!”
