The Hospice of St Francis are looking for a Payroll & HR Database Administrator to be responsible for the operation of the Payroll function, including the Hospice pension schemes, working closely with the Finance and HR Team to ensure monthly deadlines for the payment or salaries and any deductions are met. The role will include preparing the Payroll each month, inputting data in to the integrated HR/payroll database, inputting/monitoring/maintaining sickness absence records, administering the statutory sick pay, maternity and paternity schemes, preparing P45’s/P46’s and more.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years payroll experience, including experience working with complex payrolls and excellent database skills. You will be organised, aware of the need for confidentiality and have excellent attention to detail and keyboard /IT skills.
