Required to join our professional & friendly team who deliver a highly regarded service to our 220+ staff and 1000 volunteers. You will provide excellent operational HR support to a range of staff groups including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, fundraisers, retail and administrative staff as well as deliver some key HR projects across the organization.
The post holder will cover the full range of HR functions including resource planning & onboarding, recruitment & retention, employee relations, communications, training and development, and organisational development & change. The role will also assist in the development of the HR system which is integral to the work we do.
Applicants should have 2+ year’s generalist experience and a CIPD qualification. They should have an excellent understanding of employment law and possess great communication/relationship building skills. Good organizational skills are necessary as is the ability to manage a significant workload. Excellent IT (including databases) and team working skills are also important.
