Customer Services/Operations Manager - Returned to Glory

Full-Time Vacancy: 41.25 Hours per Week (5 days)

Band 4C £21,000 per annum + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced retail manager to provide customer service and operational support to drive sales at our award winning furniture showroom selling donated and bespoke furniture and accessories

Returned to Glory has a reputation for quality, creativity and innovation and

you will work as part of a dynamic team of staff and volunteers supporting the Showroom and Creative Manager. You will need to be commercially driven with excellent organisational skills and sound financial appreciation together with the ability to motivate a team

The role requires the lifting and handling of heavy items & flexibility to work alternate weekends & bank holidays as required on a seven day variable rota

Full clean driving licence and ability to travel as required by the role
