We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, creative, organised and strategically focused Community Fundraising Manager with significant management experience, to join our high-achieving team, helping us to raise our £4.8million income target.
You will develop existing community fundraising activities and create new innovative campaigns and activities, to increase and generate significant net income and supporter engagement.
You will be driven to reach ambitious goals and must have a proven track record of strategic planning, as well as managing budgets to ensure financial and key performance targets are met and potentially exceeded.
You will lead, manage and motivate 2 members of staff and c200 volunteers, supporting the team to increase income across a wide range of community fundraising disciplines including: our home box and collecting tub schemes, ambassadors, golf events, annual garden party, go purple campaign, creating and supporting fundraising groups, as well as supporting groups and individuals organising fundraising events and activities on behalf of the Hospice.
You will be a confident communicator and have a passion for people – building awareness and developing strong relationships with the community to inspire supporters, both new and existing, to engage and raise funds for The Hospice of St Francis.
Strategic thinking and planning, creativity, innovation, successful management experience and exceptional organisational skills are vital for this post. If this is you we’d love you to join our busy, dynamic and professional fundraising team.
