Salary Scale 5D Band £13,461 - £14,400 p.a. pro rata + benefits
(Based on FTE £22,435 - £24,000)
Do you have a passion for people and a positive attitude? We are looking for a self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic Community Fundraiser to join our high-achieving and dynamic Fundraising team.
You will be involved with a range of events, activities and campaigns, including, but not limited to; the Garden Party at Ashridge House, golf days, Wear it Festive campaign, Homeboxes and our Ambassador programme.
You will be a confident communicator and enjoy meeting new people; building awareness and strong relationships with the community via a range of groups including; committees, schools, sports clubs, Rotaries and faith groups. You will be able to inspire these varied supporters to engage with us and raise funds for The Hospice of St Francis. You will deliver an exceptional experience to our supporters to facilitate positive, long-term relationships and recurring fundraising activities.
You will have excellent organisational skills and must be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own time and several projects simultaneously. You will have solid IT skills; well versed in Microsoft Office and database experience.
You will have experience of managing budgets and be target driven; always looking to exceed income raised for the Hospice.
