We are looking for a full- time Assistant Manager to join our shop team. We need someone with the ability and experience to work in our very busy, high donating charity shop. In this role you will be part of a dynamic team driving sales, processing donations, maximising Gift Aid and supporting volunteers.
Hours: 5 days/41.25 hours per week
Salary: Band 3B - £19,000 + benefits
- Retail management experience with the ability to work under pressure, excellent customer service, and strong organisational skills are all essential requirements.

- The role requires the lifting and handling of heavy items & flexibility to work alternate weekends & bank holidays as required on a seven day variable rota. Full clean driving licence and ability to travel as required by the role. This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
