- Sportspace Gold membership for 12 weeks, including access to exercise classes, the swimming pool and the well-equipped gyms, across all their sites.
- Group training and weekly weigh-in sessions.
- 6 Personal training sessions

- Nutritional workshop
That’s more than £500 worth of personalised support and expertise!
We’re looking for the greatest percentage body fat loss, rather than the most pounds, so it’s all about what’s right for you and your body.

Together, our 2017 participants lost a staggering 433lbs, nearly 31 stone and raised an amazing £23,800 for our patients and their families.
Some of our previous Biggest Losers will be at the first weigh in to support, encourage and chat to you about their journeys, meal planning and experiences.
Your friends and family will support your personal challenge and help you raise a minimum of £500 in sponsorship and motivate you to keep you going!
After the final weigh-in we’ll be throwing a great big party to celebrate the new you!

The first 5 participants to reach an agreed weight-loss target, will be treated to a great new look by the lovely team from gorgeous hair at their salon in Berkhamsted.
