A team of specialist nurses (Team Leader Biddy Clark) with palliative care skills support and advise patients and their families, complementing the normal services provided in the community.
The team of nurses and the Hospice doctors work together with GPs and District Nurses to achieve the best possible care at home. Someone is available to give advice 24 hours a day. |
