  Miscellaneous Goods

Fund raising for the Hospice of St. Francis takes many forms and we are indebted not only to the generosity of people in providing funds but we are often in awe of the ingenious schemes which are sometimes employed toward earning the monies which are so gratefully received.

Links below will show posters and booklets that you may want to use.
Whilst contributions of money of the traditional kind - you know, the folding stuff and the the chinking variety - are most welcome there are many other kinds of donations which can be converted into valuable cash by our innovative fundraisers.

For example, did you know that the following are cash-rich commodities to our people:

Coins and Notes: including: foreign coins and notes (even those long out of circulation), pre-decimal english currency and old decimal coins (50p, 10p, 5p and 1/2p).
The following outlets also accept foreign coins on our behalf:
The Flight Centre, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead
The Flight Centre, St. Albans
All Hospice Shops
Christoper Rowland in Amersham
The Frost Partnership in Chalfont St. Giles
Lloyds Bank, St. Albans

Printer Ink Cartridges, Laser Printer and Copier Toner Cartridges

All used Postage Stamps

Redundant Mobile Phones

If you have any of these items which are of no further value to you and just cluttering up your space, please get in touch with Roger Sharp on 01442 869550.
The fundraising team are also available for talks about the Hospice and ways you can help.
