Every gift makes a real difference and, if you are a tax payer, we can reclaim income or capital gains tax paid on your donation through Gift Aid at no extra cost to you. As the Hospice spends such a high proportion of its income directly on nursing care you can be sure that your gift, large or small, will have a direct effect on the amount of care our nurses can provide.

Pre printed envelopes are available for use at your anniversary or birthday parties where donations can be requested instead of gifts. We also have a brand new set of celebration cards for you to choose from which make an ideal gift for someone special.

Following the loss of a loved one, many families choose to request donations to the Hospice of St. Francis in lieu of flowers. We acknowledge all of these in memorium gifts. Pre-printed envelopes are available for use at funerals - please contact the fundraising office (01442-869550).

You may like to set up your own Remembrance Fund page where you can display details and photographs of your loved one. All donations made as a result of a funeral or memorial service can be recorded on this page. Similarly, donations made in memorium on birthdays, wedding anniversaries, Christmas, other significant dates or as the result of a fundraising activity can be added to the total. You will then be able to find out exactly how much has been raised in your loved one's name.
