The application pack includes:
Job description and person specification
The job description describes the duties of the job and sets out the range of responsibilities and tasks. The person specification describes the person we are looking for by describing knowledge, skills, education and experience required for the job. We will look at your application form to assess how you and your relevant transferable skills fit the person specification.
Application form
When completing your application form please ensure that all the information requested is completed. Your application form will be used to consider whether you have the right skills and experience for the post and whether you will be shortlisted for interview. This ensures that your application is treated fairly and without discrimination.
We require that all applications be made via a standard application form.
Please note the closing date for applications as late applications will not be accepted.
Please be aware that if you apply by email, and are shortlisted for an interview you will be required to sign the application form at the interview to verify all details are accurate and truthful.

Supporting statement
This is your opportunity to tell us why you are suitable for the job, your personal profile and attributes. It is also your chance to tell us of any experiences, including voluntary work, that are not covered in any of the sections and any transferable skills that would be of benefit to the role.
References
All jobs are offered subject to the receipt of two satisfactory references, one of which should include your current or most recent employer. Please ensure that the people you choose are willing to act as referees before you give their details to us. References will not be sought without obtaining your permission.

The interview
All shortlisted candidates will be invited by letter and occasionally by telephone, to attend an interview. The letter will inform you of the date, time and location of the interview and will include the names of the interviewers. You will be asked to bring proof of identification with you.
Applicants will be asked questions relating to the application form, job description and person specification during the interview. Notes will be taken during the interview, to ensure that all applicants are treated equally and fairly.
All applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of their application.
