Welcome to the recruitment section of our website. The Hospice of St Francis has approximately 150 full and part time staff covering all aspects of our work. Our staff and volunteers are our most valuable assets and we place great emphasis on their welfare and development.
We offer a fantastic working environment in a new, purpose-built hospice in superb grounds. Our nursing ratios are much higher than the NHS enabling our frontline staff to enjoy a fulfilling nursing experience. We are a small and supportive organisation that encourages communication and teamwork thus ensuring staff are listened to and feel valued.
