A problem shared is a problem halved. Buy your friend an evening's session of telephone calls to families who need help to come to terms with their emotions after the sadness of losing a loved one. £5 

Help someone dress for comfort - accessorise with a difference and buy a pair of support hosiery. A must-have item to bring comfort and ease pain for a patient suffering from swelling in their legs from cancer treatment. £10
