Total care when time is precious

A gift in your Will

We rely on gifts in Wills, big and small, in order to provide our services to local people with life-limiting illnesses. Every gift in every Will makes a difference.

By including the Hospice of St Francis in your Will, you will help us achieve our vision of a future where excellent palliative care is available to all patients and families living within in our catchment area, when and where they need it.

You do not have to be wealthy to leave a gift in your Will and The Hospice of St Francis understands you will want to make provision for your loved ones first. But please be assured that a gift of any size will be appreciated and will make a real difference to care we can give to local people.

What to do next
  1. Decide what you want to leave The Hospice of St Francis. This may be a set amount, a specific item or a percentage of the remainder of your estate when all your wishes have been taken care of.
  2. Find a solicitor to help you draw up or amend your Will. As with any legal documentation, it is best to seek professional advice. You can download from this page suggested wording for your Will or a suggested codicil to amend an existing Will.

If you have already included a gift in your Will to The Hospice of St Francis, please accept our grateful thanks. Be assured your support will be used prudently to care for terminally ill local people.

We know that Wills are very personal and as such we do not ask you to notify us of your intention to include the Hospice, unless you wish to do so.
