The Hospice has the facility for several Outpatient clinics.
Many of the Hospice teams are able to see patients on an outpatient basis:
- our Medical team runs an Outpatient clinic every week
- our Physiotherapy team is available to assess outpatients
- our Supportive Care team offers outpatient sessions for counselling, welfare advice and family support
Referrals for all clinics are made through the Hospice Referral Form, either from your healthcare team in the community, or from a team member within the Hospice who is already seeing you.
