Young Stephanie completes gruelling walk for the Hospice

Our thanks go out to teenager Stephanie Green who has completed her courageous bid to conquer the Three Peaks Challenge in a mammoth 25 hours and 40 minutes! Stephanie took to the hills with school friend Georgina Hill. The girls trekked with their dads and Mum was the brave driver!

 

 

 

Steph’s comment of ‘How hard can it be’ was quickly realised when 20 mins into climbing Ben Nevis (the first of the Peaks) came the realisation of what was involved! Overall from Cholesbury to the Challenge and back to Cholesbury the family travelled 1258 miles!
